We provide safe and supportive housing solutions to rapidly re-house individuals and families, which allow them to care for themselves and their children and get them back to self-sufficiency and independence.

With the support of my case management team and the H.O.U.S.E. program at Cornerstones, I enrolled in supportive programs that taught me to be better at saving and managing money.
