Room Reservation Procedures
There are a variety of rooms available for community use or service provider use. Reservations are required for use of any of the rooms. Cornerstones reserves the right to limit the use of its rooms to those groups and organizations that advance the goals of the HNRC.
Community Users
All community users must submit a Building Use Request Form to the HNRC staff. Eligible requests will be granted on a first-come first-serve basis for available space. Our regular programs and services will generally have a higher priority over community requests.
Multiple rooms or the entire HNRC may be reserved if available. Room and facility capacities must be observed. Special set-ups and room arrangements must be coordinated with the HNRC staff.
Service Providers
All service providers wishing to reserve a room at the HNRC must submit a fully completed Building Use Request Form. HNRC staff will review the request, discuss any issues with the service provider applicant, and return a signed copy denoting approval. Semesters run from January through June, July through August, and September through December.
Service providers operating continuous programs (i.e. no stop and start periods) may reserve rooms for up to three semesters at one time. Service providers operating non-continuous programs may reserve rooms for one semester at a time. Reservations cannot be reassigned to third parties.
Please note: No space can be guaranteed without submitting this form. For more information about room registration polices, please consult with the HNRC staff or obtain a copy of the HNRC Policy Manual.
